Priority Seating

A booking that fixes your dining time at certain restaurants. When you arrive, you are seated with a minimal wait. The official app calls it 'Priority Seating'.

Booking opens at 10:00 on the same date one month before the day you want to dine. If that date does not exist in the earlier month, it opens at 10:00 on the first of the next month. It closes at 20:59 the day before. All times are Japan time.

If you miss the day-before cutoff, you can book online again from 9:00 on the day. When seats open up from cancellations, you can also book at the restaurant from 10:00.

You can hold one booking per meal period (breakfast, lunch, dinner), up to 3 a day. Up to 8 people per booking. For 9 or more, split into two accounts.

Your whole party must arrive at the booked time. After that time the booking is cancelled.

You can change or cancel online until 1 hour before the meal, with no cancellation fee.

Hong Kong dining arrangements

Park dining is generally first-come, with selected meal packages sold in advance. Hotel dining reservations are recommended. Official help lists up to 42 days for regular reservations, or up to 120 days before arrival for resort hotel guests.

Confirm the restaurant, product and available times in the official booking flow. Tokyo’s one-month-before 10am reminder is not used for Hong Kong.
