Park tickets (fixed date, sell-outs)

Park tickets are bought in advance for a fixed date and park. They are not sold inside the parks. The official website and app sell them, and if any remain you can still buy on the day. Some travel agencies, convenience stores and hotels also sell tickets.

Sales start at 14:00 (Japan time) on the same date two months before the visit. If that date does not exist, they start at 14:00 on the first of the next month. On the day, sales run until 1 hour before the park closes.

Prices change by date. Each ticket type has a daily sales cap, so sales can pause when it sells out. Tickets are sold only up to the number of guests the park can admit, so admission is not refused because of crowding.

Besides the 1-Day Passport, there are the After 5 Passport (from 17:00 on weekdays) and the After 3 Passport (from 15:00 on weekends and holidays). There are no multi-day tickets, so buy each day separately.

There is no standard ticket for two parks in one day. A limited-period ticket existed but ended on Sep 14, 2026. To visit both parks, buy a ticket for each.

Guests aged 4 and over need a ticket, and children 3 and under enter free. Age on the day of entry applies. Adult is 18 and over, Junior is 12 to 17, Child is 4 to 11.

Cancellation and refunds for personal reasons are not accepted. Instead, a ticket bought online can have its date and age category changed within its validity period. There is no fee and no limit on changes, and each change is settled as a new payment. The same ticket type must be on sale for the new date, and the park and ticket type cannot be changed.

A ticket bought online is valid for one year from the purchase date (limited-period special tickets may be shorter). The app shows the ticket code from 0:00 on the day of entry.

Tickets cannot be given or sold to others. Sharing the code with your family through an app group or email is fine.
