When you can buy the next Premier Access
You can buy your next Premier Access 60 minutes after buying one, or when the start time of the slot you bought arrives, whichever comes first.
Example: if you buy a 15:30 slot at 10:00, the next purchase opens at 11:00. If you buy a 10:30 slot at 10:00, it opens at 10:30.
To buy the same attraction again, use the one you hold first or wait until its time window has ended. For another performance of the same show, use the one you hold first or wait until its admission time has passed.
The official guide describes attractions and shows separately. It does not say whether one kind delays the other, so check the time the app shows.
The app shows the exact time right after you pay. This service's calculation is a preview, so follow the official app.

Premier Access (paid pass)
A paid service in the official app where you pick a time slot. For attractions, you enter at your slot and wait less. For parades and shows, you watch from a reserved viewing area.
Prices run from 1,000 to 3,500 yen per person per item, on top of the park ticket. Per-item prices are on the target cards.
You can buy it only after you enter the park, not before arrival or from outside.
One park ticket buys one person's access. Once everyone in your party has entered, select a ticket for each person and buy together.
You can hold one for an attraction and one for a show at the same time.
Children 3 and under join free when the adult with them has bought one.
After you confirm payment you cannot change the item or time, cancel, or get a refund. Check height and other requirements before buying.
It cannot be given or sold to anyone else. Breaking this rule voids your eligibility and any refund.
Some days and time slots are not offered, and slots can sell out. Check the app as you go.
You can still ride the same attractions by waiting in the standby line. Stage shows are entered through Entry Request.
In the official app it appears as 'Disney Premier Access'.

Where to buy Premier Access if the app payment fails
If you have no app or no card, there are sales points inside the park. You can pay with cash, Japan-issued electronic money, credit, debit or branded prepaid cards, or a resort gift card. Code payments such as PayPay and Alipay are not accepted.
Tokyo Disneyland: Main Street House (all day), World Bazaar Confectionery (until 12:00 noon), Kingdom Treasures (11:00 to 17:00)
Tokyo DisneySea: Guest Relations (all day), Park Information at Fantasy Springs (until 9:30), Valentina's Sweets (until 13:00), Lost River Outfitters (all day), Agrabah Marketplace (all day)
World Bazaar Confectionery, Kingdom Treasures, Valentina's Sweets, Lost River Outfitters and Agrabah Marketplace may not sell depending on operating conditions, so ask a cast member on the day.
If you need more seats for children 3 and under than you have tickets, tell a cast member before buying: Main Street House at Tokyo Disneyland, Guest Relations at Tokyo DisneySea.

Hong Kong paid access and prices
Hong Kong paid access uses HKD. Website purchases at least one day ahead start at HK$199 for 3 selected attractions or HK$429 for 8 attractions. Final prices vary by date and product.
Single-attraction access is sold for the visit day with a return window. Its individual price is awaiting official confirmation. Package prices are not divided into individual prices. Admission and park reservations are separate, and height rules still apply.
