Getting the official app ready
Premier Access, Standby Pass, Entry Request and Mobile Order are all handled in the official 'Tokyo Disney Resort App'. The app is in English.
To use the app you need to register a MyDisney Account and log in. Registration is under the menu on the official site's booking and purchase page.
Premier Access, Standby Pass and Entry Request work only after you enter the park. They do not work before opening or outside the park.
These services can be chosen only with park tickets already used to enter. You cannot select the ticket of someone who has not entered yet, so buy once everyone is in.
If you create a group in the app, tickets are verified together and the whole family sees the plan. Any group member can use the services after entering.
For someone who cannot use the app (no smartphone, under 13, and so on), the person with them selects that ticket in the app. How paper tickets or emailed codes work depends on the ticket type.
If location (GPS) is off, some features do not work even inside the park. In settings, set the app's location permission to 'While Using the App'.
Today's operating status appears in the app from the time the park opens. It does not appear during Happy Entry.

Use the official Hong Kong Disneyland mobile app for waits, maps, hours and daily schedules. Paid access, Standby Pass, selected food orders and hotel dining reservations are handled directly in the official app.
This app is an unofficial information service. It does not act on official accounts, make bookings or purchases for you, or automatically check inventory.
