Mobile Order

A service where you choose the menu and arrival time in the app and order ahead, without standing in the restaurant line. The official app calls it 'Disney Mobile Order'. It does not hold a table for you.

In the app you pick a restaurant, an arrival time slot, and menu items, then check and order. Time slots can sell out (Not Available, Out of Stock).

At your time, go to the restaurant and tap 'I'm Here' in the app. Payment is processed then and your order is prepared. When it is ready you get a notification with a pick-up number. Keep app push notifications on.

The 'I'm Here' button appears only in the app of the person who ordered. With a group, everyone can see the order and anyone can pick it up, but the orderer must confirm arrival. Decide in advance who orders and who goes to pick up.

After you tap 'I'm Here', you cannot change the order or time, cancel, or get a refund.

There is no daily limit on orders, and after ordering you can order from another restaurant (some restaurants excluded).

It covers 18 locations at Tokyo Disneyland and 17 at Tokyo DisneySea. At Fantasy Springs, Royal Banquet of Arendelle, The Snuggly Duckling and Lookout Cookout take orders only through Mobile Order. You can order any time after entering Tokyo DisneySea.

You can pay with JCB, VISA, Mastercard or American Express cards, or with PayPay or Alipay.
