Multiple Experiences (replacement access)
When an attraction stops unexpectedly, guests waiting in line may be given access to a replacement experience. You cannot get it by asking.
It appears under My Plan in the official app, with the eligible facilities and its validity period. One guest uses it once at one facility.
There are two types: valid on the day it is issued only, and valid on that day or on your next visit.
To use it at the other park or on another day, you need a separate park ticket for that admission.
To pass it to your party, you must have created the group in the app on the day you received it.
It can also be issued in the same way when a Standby Pass or Entry Request venue is closed at your assigned time.
